Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing PawZet. We are committed to delivering your pet’s new favorite comfort essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Outside of USA we ship to Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses at this time to ensure the most reliable tracking and delivery.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
To ensure we offer the best value and the most effective calming designs, our products are sourced and shipped directly from our global fulfillment centers.
- Standard Shipping to USA: 7–12 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8–15 business days (Processing + Shipping).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Note: It may take 3–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system once the package leaves the fulfillment center and clears international customs.
- You can track your order directly on our website via our Track Your Order page.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our US customers, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties and taxes. However, PawZet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@pawzet.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you. We are not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, factors such as seasonal high volume, weather conditions, or customs inspections may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your package to you.
